IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR WATER METER REPLACEMENT

If you received a letter from MPRWS and Keystone Utility Systems, please follow the instructions in the letter to schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.

Marshall & Polk Rural Water System has contracted with Keystone Utility Systems to perform water meter replacements as part of the advanced meter infrastructure project.

To complete this installation, we will need the following:
• Appointment Made: Installation appointments will be offered from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, and evenings or Saturdays upon request.
• Access the water meter at «Delivery».
• Approximately 15- 30 minutes to complete the install.
• Someone over the age of 18 present during the installation.
• Ensure your shut-off valve is in working order, and meter is accessible.

This Meter and Install will be completed at no cost to you; however, if your plumbing needs any repairs before the new meter can be installed, you as the homeowner would be responsible for any costs associated with the plumbing and could delay your install.

Your water service will be interrupted, and the installation will take approximately 15-30 minutes.
